Buffet is pricey at prime time, but not any dearer than other quality Chinese restaurants. Loses a star as internal decor and maintenance are looking a bit shabby. I would definitely go again.

People at the table next to me liked the food. People at the table in front of me, left after eating starters, saying that it was the worst Chinese restaurant they have ever been to.
My starter, duck, hoi sin sauce, and pancakes was excellent. My mains, sizzling prawns great, sweet and sour chicken terrible... The chicken was OK but overcooked and horrible sauce. White rice was a bit dry, suspect it was cooked, plated up and left on a hotplate?
So, would not go back but it wasn't bad food. Service was friendly and quite quick.
